Six regional events will explore tangible client experience tactics while providing networking opportunities .

Each half-day workshop will tackle challenging CX problems like measurement, service design, governance, change management, monetization, and more. Connect with industry leaders and peers. Hear what others are doing, what’s working, and what isn’t.

About the events:

This is definitely not another webinar. Each in-person event is focused on connecting professionals interested in client experience with industry experts and their peers. Participants will solve challenges together while learning what’s working and what’s not across the nation.
