Do you have a Client Experience (CX) story to share?

We invite you to submit to speak at CXps 2019

May 20-22, 2019 – Durham, North Carolina

Is CXps 2019 right for you?

Client Experience in Professional Services (CXps) 2019 is a community conference of individuals working to differentiate their firms on the experience they provide their clients. Members return year after year to get the information needed to advance the customer/client experience (CX) initiatives in their firms. Getting feedback that says, “next year we’re going to bring two people from our firm so we can attend more sessions,” tells us we’re on the right track.

Has your professional services firm implemented a CX process that you are willing to share? Are you an expert in assisting professional services firms advance their CX initiatives? If you have an actionable CX message you can share with the industry leaders that attend CXps, we would like to hear from you.

Topics/Audience

CXps attracts individuals at all stages of their CX journeys. Our mission is to meet them where they are and assist them in moving forward. Attendees include CEOs, COOs, CXOs, Business Development and Marketing Executives. They come from various professional services backgrounds including Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Accounting, and Information Technology. What they all have in common is a desire to bring (or expand) a CX culture to their firms. Some of the topics we would like to include are:

  • How to build engagement for your CX initiative from the middle.
  • How Voice of Client (VoC) programs enable you to measure your progress.
  • Recognizing the ‘talent’ for delivering great CX during your hiring process.
  • How to avoid commoditization and use your CX culture to drive value-based pricing.
  • Link between Employee Experience (EX) and Client Experience (CX).

Attendees are looking for a combination of thought leadership and ‘how to’ sessions. All sessions must provide post-conference value to attendees and maintain our standards regarding sales practices.
