Is CXps 2020 right for you?
Client Experience in Professional Services (CXps) 2020 is all about the community. And Client Savvy’s goal at this event is to bring together speakers and industry practitioners who have the knowledge and ability to give attendees to tools they need to succeed on their journeys. Attendees return year after year to get the information they want and need to advance the customer/client experience (CX) and employee (EX) initiatives in their firms. Getting feedback that says, “next year we’re going to bring two people from our firm so we can attend more sessions,” tells us we’re on the right track.
CXps attracts individuals at all stages of their CX journeys. Our mission is to meet them where they are and assist them in moving forward. Attendees include CEOs, COOs, CXOs, Business Development / Marketing leaders, Human Resources Directors.. They come from various professional services backgrounds including Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Accounting, and Information Technology. What they all have in common is a desire to bring (or expand) a CX culture to their firms.
Attendees are looking for a combination of thought leadership and ‘how to’ sessions. All sessions must answer the question, “What next steps can I take to get the benefit of this information.”
Whether attendees are relatively new to implementing a Client Experience (CX) program at their firm or have been executing for a while and want to expand and learn more, CXps 2020 strives to provide a valuable learning experience. This year our session tracks will include:
All sessions in this track are to be focused on what matters most to leaders including: how to align with strategic priorities, how to use CX to increase growth & profitability, to retain & acquire top talent and future leaders, how to integrate a CX process into the firm’s existing service delivery process.
This track will take attendees through the critical elements of a successful CX initiative getting into specific tactics and implementation techniques.
This track provides an opportunity for Sponsors to demonstrate how their solution helps attendees automate their CX processes. Sponsors are encouraged to submit to speak with one of their clients who can share their story about the success of using the technology.
- Employee Experience (EX)
Your clients’ experience is only as good as your least engaged employee – put another way CX depends on EX. This track will focus on strategies to enhance employee experience for increased engagement.

Download the Call for Presentations information and submit your proposals should be sent in .pdf format to Sally Orcutt at email@example.com. Deadline to submit proposals for first-round consideration is October 28, 2019. Upon receipt of your proposal, you will receive a confirmation. Your proposal which will then be reviewed for acceptability by the CXps 2020 Conference Committee and you will be notified as soon as possible (typically within 3 – 4 weeks).
You must submit a 2-3 minute video (MP4 format) to be considered. You can return your Submission Form prior to sending your video. However, unless waived by Client Savvy, no consideration will be given to speakers who have not submitted a video.
Please note: CXps 2020 does not reimburse any speakers for expenses related to speaking at CXps 2020.
